Well, there are lots of builds out there. Just search around. But be aware that you need impenetrable for high crit resistance, and if you're running medium armor, you have to dodge roll a lot, block line of sight, or invest in defensive skills such as Mirage, Shuffle, and Deadly Cloak.

What level are you currently? If you are still leveling than I wouldn't worry to much about getting things dialed in yet. I would suggest that you focus on leveling up skills and playing around with different rotations.
You don't need the same ultimate on booth bars. I would use flawless Dawn Breaker on your bar that you will do the most fighting on. It gives a %5 boot to damage while slotted.
Also you will want Vigor from the PVP skills. It is a great self heal.
First of all cyrodil requires a learning curve and will take some time to become effective....
Practice your rotations in PVE... watch streams... don't expect to go out in PVP and be able to solo right off the grind train...

Why do you use magicka morph (lotus fan) of Teleport strike, if you're stamina build?
My suggestion would be replacing funnel health for agony (root / cc) or fear.
Your weapon damage scales from stamina, where spell damage scales from magicka, (funnel health is not so great for stamina build) so if you really want to do damage, put your attributes into stamina with some to health, if you lack survivability.
You'll have enough magicka to cast fear / agony / cloak even if you don't put attributes into magicka.
Your biggest problem is that you're level 27. You're going to be limited.
Get to level 50 with CP 160 gear and you'll fare much better.
You have to remember as a assassin/ganker you need to put alot of resources into damage.
It will always be a trade off between more damage and heath/mitigation.
You also need to pick your targets/fights carefully and not overextend.
It's definitely a learning curve. I'm also going through that process too.

Works okay in PvE. I may have to rethink my virtual life choices of killing the innocent all for the profit of a few measly Septims...

I use Lotus Fan, because Ambush seemed to chew up my initial Stamina and left me none to follow up with. Now that I started tryingg the Cloak/surprise attack combo that might not be an issue again. I was having g trouble with resource management so that was the only magicka on my bar. Also I saw really no difference as far as critical striking damage. But maybe that's me.
Funnel health is only there because I was having trouble soloing against bosses and it gave me a little survivability while I chucked bosses down to 25% to get the killers blade 300% damage Finisher.
I'm starting to think my build is broken due to poor gear drops (at level 27 and my physical resistance isn't even over 10k, and each dagger is just over 1k) I've been doing everything to fortify my stamina with a few points in health but if anything it seems my guy is slower. And I can't seem to keep my stats from fluxing while I'm just trying to help him.

- Being level 27, stick to the non-vet PVP campaign, or at least the no-CP campaign.
- Being a Stamina NB, you'll want to invest all points into Stamina. If you're health is too low, buff it with food (Max Health + Max Stamina ideally), or maybe a few attribute points into health. Attribute points are really inexpensive to change later. Consider Magicka your buff/utility resource pool.
- Don't run both Surprise Attack and Rapid Strikes. They are both single target spam-able abilities and you don't need 2. I would choose Surprise Attack as it has superior burst and farrrrrr superior secondary effects. Oh, and don't be confused by the name: Surprise Attack is just as effectively used out of stealth in open melee combat as it is from sneak. I think it's name more refers to the speed of it's animation than it's intended function.
- Remorph Lotus fan to Ambush. This can be done cheaply at the shrine in your factions capital city.
- Drop funnel health. Like Lotus fan, that ability scales off of Magicka and since you have little to none, it won't do very much damage as you get more powerful.

this is what you want to decide and focus on as a pvp:
1. always impen on traits, the crit resist will help you more then a few points extra damage.
2. decide if you want to be solo or group player.
3. if you decide on group player decide on tank, healer, burst dps, sustain dps, or support dps.
>tank: you want to debuff enemy healing recieved, resistance, damage done, slow them, and crowd control (root, stun ect) them.
>healer: you want to heal your team, provide damage buffs, cleanse debuffs off your team, restore resources to your team.
>burst dps: high damage output, low sustain. these builds focus on rushing in taking out targets fast and hard. need to be highly mobile as you move in do damage, fall back behind ally lines. generally uses 2nd weapon
>sustain dps: balances regen with power for sustained damage (nonstop damage without needing to rest or heavy attack for resource sustain). generally uses bow and/or dw. these generally stick with the group.
>support dps: these are unique builds that support tanks and healers in buffing and debuffing team, but focus on doing damage rather then absorbing hits or healing team. this is a role highly suited for builds like a spc siphon nightblade who does damage but can provide spc buff to teammates in place of a healer. these builds are generally highly specialized and usually only seen in players who consistently play with same group (guildmates).
i hope this helps you.
Ok...so looking at your posts and builds, yes you can become a dread assassin. Here are some general tips that I think will help you get on your way:
- You can find great build and tutorial videos from Deltias Gaming, Alcasthq.com and sypherPK. You aren't there yet, but they can give you an idea of what skills to be working on.
- for game mechanics and everything ESO, I like these sites - ESO Academy, sunshine daydream (omg...great crafting info) or Tamriel foundry.
- From your build, you have a ways to go learning the mechanics and game systems. That's not at all an insult - there's a lot to learn. For example, your character deals physical/poison/ disease damage based on their max stamina, and magic/flame/frost/shock based on max magic. So a character geared to have lots of stam will hit very hard with stam abilities, and very weakly with magic. Therefore, in pvp the goal is to equip a character to be either stamina or magicka. You're a stam build - you don't want lotus fan, since it's a magic ability. Your hits will be 1/4 as hard as the other morph, which scales off stamina. You don't really want funnel health. But poison inject, killers blade, surprise attack, flurry, steel tornado - these are stam abilities, and good ones.
- there are always exceptions. You do have magic, so you want a "magic dump" ability...something to rely on when you're stam is down. For stamblades, that's cloak (either morph). Cloak is your friend in pvp, for sure.
Pvp tips:
- there's a learning curve. Lot's of people in this thread say to wait to pvp. I disagree. I had loads of fun pvp-ing my stamblade since I was in my 20s. You'll die a lot, but you'll learn a lot.
- Read your death reports. When you see what's killing you and what's hitting you hard you can figure out how to adapt.
- Run in groups. You'll learn a lot here too. Not necessarily mega zergs, but decent size groups. Your group members will assist with things like heals, so you don't need the funnel health waste of a slot. When I was lower level, I liked to camp my NB at a keep breach as a lookout/assassin when my team went in. Finding playstyle opportunities like this is easier than solo.
- Or team gank. 1v1 is tough on a stamblade even for an experienced player. Play like a cunning, ruthless assassin. Run with a Templar or DK. You sneak, they derp. When they draw an enemy for a fight, let them start it. Wait for it...wait for it...then step in with dps insanity.
- Earn vigor, it will CHANGE YOUR LIFE. Seriously...your stamblade will feel twice as sustainable, also in pve. It's 85,000 AP to unlock it...so one big reason to keep on pvp-ing.
- Consider keep defense. Big defenses award mega-AP. Your guy is squishy on the ground. Up behind a wall he has cloak and can move quickly. Help out by hiding and watching for enemy players that get their health below 50%. Then step in with snipe and poison inject. You can serve to pick off hurt players...it's fun and helpful to your team.
- When I was low level in pvp, I relied on night silence as a set for the speed. No...vets won't use this...but it saved my neck soooooo many times.
Let me know if you have specific questions. If you reply with @me in the post it'll notify me so I see it.
I'm on a sick day, so I can address some of that.
Spending points: you should freely spend on all passives in your class skills, weapons you use, medium armor, first three passives in heavy, some fighters. Don't worry...with One Tam all the shards and public dungeons are open for you, spend points freely and go grab some more when low. You won't run out, especially if also running the faction quest line.
Tip: as a stamblade who wants to pvp, do NOT ignore improved hiding in legerdemain. Sneaking at 40% less stam cost in pvp is veeeeeeeery helpful. This is a bit of a grind, but not too bad. Spend one point in trafficker to allow 220 fence transactions a day. Find a route to safely steal from containers. I run the Inn complex in Orsinium...it's a long path with barely any NPCs. That nets me 180ish fence items per trip. Ten runs (spread out on different days) or so and you're at ledger 16 and able to max the sneak passive. Also, this higher leger will return more valuable items from stealing and chests. The other option is to become a pickpocketing khajit and run thieves guild repeatable quests from Hews...might as well level thieves, leger and earn coin all at once.
Grinding skills: as a low level, definitely keep rotating your skills to work up your lines. Keep one class skill from each line on your bar...

This. Very well said and helpful as well. thank you.
im going to respec my morphs and attributes now. i think im going to drop funnel health all together then and put the 2 points elsewhere? Agony or something? What is your advice on that?
Im on Xbox One North America sever. Aldemeri Dominion
Cool beans. Well first, having Silver Bolts on your bar doesn't actually level Fighter's Guild! Guild level increases by killing Undead/Daedra/zombies/vampires ect. and destroying Dark Anchors! For this reason many people prefer grind spots that have those type of mobs so they can kill 2 birds w/ 1 grind spot.Bow: Poison Injection, Silver Bolts (to grind dawnbreaker, and i dont like either morph so i didnt bother wasting a point), Acid Spray, Summon Shade, Surprise Attack (this is where i may have a spot to be supplemented with somethign else, Suggestions?), Ulti: Soul Harvest (also optional placeholder for now till play around with more strategy)
what do you think?
