Infinite Load screen after patch

Well first off it took several reboots to just get the patch to install properly. Now once it does I just get the infinite loading screen and can't even choose a character.
Look I'll normally support a company through issues. I get it every patch that fixes 100 things breaks 200 more it's the nature of software. However the basic functionality to launch game, update, login and enter the game world should not be broken with every single patch. This is the literally the first patch since around this time last year that I didn't have to fully reinstall the game to get to work properly so I guess there is some improvement.
