Questions about Housing

To those who have been testing it on PTS, can you answer these question please.

1) If I buy a house, I assume I can teleport to it from a wayshrine. Is there a wayshrine in the house to teleport OUT of the house? Or must I exit and run to the nearest wayshrine?

2) If I buy a house, can I give my wife full access to it? Will she be able to teleport to it directly or can she only access it when I am on?

Thank you!

    1. You can teleport to and from your house freely wherever you are in the world as far as I've found.
    2. You can allow your wife full access and decorating rights, and access it freely as well.

Hope this answers your concerns. :)
RIP Atherton, my beautiful little gentle friend, my Shining Light. I will miss you forever. Without you I am a hollow shell.

Thanks for the answers. Would my wife be able to access it even when I am not online?

As far as I know, yes. My husband and I plan to share each other's houses as well! :)

From what I understand though, you can only allow others to move items around. They can't add or remove things from your house.

The simple solution to this would be pick a corner of the dwelling and designate that the 'dumping ground' - anything the decorator wants to remove entirely goes in that corner.

They'd still need to tell you what items to add though. :/

Still, that's not a bad idea. A junk room, and maybe a storage room. The my wife could send me stuff and say drop it in the house, then decorate later.
