Explore pack code not working

Bought the game just the other day with the explorer pack inside and the code doesn't work support is none existent and there is nothing on the box or sheet to say its time related and I have taken advice on this so I should get what I have paid for however support is non existent they are very good at deleting my tickets which I am making out of frustration because they are doing nothing.
