I and several others have posted tickets for this on going issue. A friend of mine sent me a large sum of gold, another was a guild member sending me items for research on crafting, and another sending me crafting materials to make an item set that I never received. Now the friend did provide a picture to me of the gold he sent, picture taken by phone, after deciding to quit the game. The guild member has submitted a ticket for her delivery because they were traited leather gear that I could use for my research, and the other player who wanted the Juliannos set crafted with nirnhoned trait sent me all the materials so I can craft it for free for him, none of these I have ever received. I have ticketed these items and I'm irritated because the support claimed that I have not been sent anything in the past 30 days, which I know for a fact is a lie because 1) I still have the picture of the sum of gold being sent and 2) I have been receiving other stuff in that same time frame.
