Can't get out of breakneck cave. Xp scroll withering away....

I've been plagued by these stupid unusually long load screens all day today. I cant begin to tell you how many minutes have just been wasted on my scrolls. This is ridiculous. I paid actual money out of my pocket for these scrolls and they're just being wasted. I've lost about 10 minutes now on this current one. What am I supposed to do with this?
Update: 20 minutes now lost. Started at 52 minutes when I got the unusually long load screen. 5 restarts later and I'm at 30 minutes left on my scroll. Am I going to get a scoll reimbursed to me here? This is just wasted money. I'm in breakneck cave, I get long loading screen loading in and long load screen trying to get out of the cave and I restart and I'm back in the cave. This is infuriating. I tried to leave to repair my armour and now I'm stuck. Wayshrine doesn't work, walking out the door doesn't work. What the hell do I do here ZOS?

But why grind in a delve in Cyro? The xp was nerfed a long long time ago. Grinding xp and pvp don't mix.PC Master Race

If you're trying to mix in PvP with XP farming then you really should be in Imperial City and not Cyrodiil delves.
If you're simply trying to complete the Cyrodiil delves for the achievement, and the bosses aren't spawning, then try Breakneck Cave on your Cyrodiil guest campaign.
Either way, Breakneck is not the ideal place for an XP scroll.0
