And he might be not the best player out there but he is able to get all randoms togetger and attack one keep with his whole group.

he also uses double stats cost poison :P
and yes he's better than 95% of dominion people in relation to rest of players, he leads randoms group (mostly starters) and captures keeps instead running with ball killing groups
