Can't Play Since Update

I receive an error every time I attempt to click "Play" on the ESO launcher. I can't log in to the game at all, this started since the last patch.

It's the same problem for me except I try to start the PTS and not live server. (My thread)

Run a repair. Open the launcher, look for game options, you'll find the repair option there.
