Bug or not? Light armor cost redux

Light armor cost reduction is reducing the cost of ultimates. This I have confirmed personally. I have been told that it is also reducing the cost of break free as well. I cannot confirm this.
I put this in another thread on the Alliance War section, but I don't think it got any visibility.
@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_BrianWheeler can y'all confirm if this is intended or not? It would be a great change!

Light armor is great for sorcs and somewhat for NBs because things like mine forts, mobility and cloak can protect a shield from constant damage, but beyond that LA doesn't seem very competitive with heavy armor in many cases. I think this could be a nice way of bringing it inline with Heavy Armor through defensive ultimate's and it also provides a nice reduction to dodge roll which LA users need as well. What is particuarly great about it is that it doesn't buff along the same points (ex buffing shieds) that make sorcs thrive in LA. Think about keeping at least some of it in place.Edited by Armitas on 5 January 2017 21:36Retired.

Areloth✭✭✭I also like this - and basically it makes sense, because it is easier to dodge roll and break free with some robes than with a heavy steel armor equipped.
Please leave it like this, would be the best balancing in this patch so far.4 -

0.3%/0.5%/1% Ult reduction in addition with 1%/2%/3% magicka cost reduction.
5% ult reduction in 5 light + 15% spell cost reduction.

I might actually be able to use an ultimate in a duel against nightblades a change. Instead of getting hit with 4 incaps before I can get a meteor even stored up.0 -

@ZOS_KNowak Another vote for keeping it. Light armor needs a buff and this is -- however inadvertent -- actually a really good idea for light armor builds.1 -
