I just got eso gold edition and I'm trying to redeem my DLC code keep saying deactivated and techs support keep giving me the run around with this ridiculous email replys

✭✭✭✭✭Why did you buy a new game vs buying the gold pack dlc from the crown store?
I understand the crown store only applies to one server but I believe the issue was created because now you have two purchased games tied to your Xbox live account but the ZOS account is tied to the regular Xbox one sku and not the gold game sku
It may be better to call Xbox on the phone vs dealing with ZOS if it's an Xbox one sku code and not the crown store dlc pack.
