MipMip✭✭✭✭No, but there have been some hints by the developers that it may have in the future... although nothing very concrete about that yet. But people sometimes arrange 2 vs 2, 3 vs 3 etc in Cyrodiil.

Along with removing duels from cities, towns, and interiors.
If those of you who love dueling could possibly appreciate those of us who truly hate it, we'd all get along better. Why is it so overwhelmingly difficult to run out of town 10 steps when you "throw down?"
A few days ago, I had to travel to the Undaunted just outside of Wayrest and there were duels firing off everywhere but how wonderful, I thought it was that these considerate duelers "took it outside."

As if the Undaunted enclave wasn't laggy enough before duels with everyone running around spamming abilities for no reason? Speaking of which, what is wrong with you people doing that? But I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for people to stop being morons.
I think a better idea would be to simply add more locations for picking up dailies.0 -
