ESO... I am done with all of your crap. I have spent a lot of money on this game via crown store and ESO membership. You threatened to banned me because some whinny person got offended by my character's name (Dönald J Trump) I do not understand what is so offensive by it. I've seen people with Hillary Clinton, Obama and what not. Even celebrity names whom have not been forced a name change. You even sent me an email and an in game mail telling me that I will be banned if it happens further. I don't care what the community says or does with this post. I am done with anything that you guys put out. I will not spend another moment on this game. You have lost a customer.

I also know not to waste time arguing with semi-literate yes-men, so I didn't bother to fight it.2 -

It's corporate culture/bad management rather than priorities. No one actually decided to care but there are offline employees (forum mods, email customer support once you get past the auto reply bot, community managers) but there is no in-game personnel assigned to be there all the time. They get put there when something catches the attention of some apparatchik sufficiently that it makes it past the do-nothing layer and gets the attention of the PR layer. The creative layer has nothing to do with any of this.0 -
