For example: Will the 70% slow from Cinder Storm stack with Burning Flame's 30% slow that triggers from the "Warmth" passive?
70+30 for 100% slow?

Kutsuu✭✭✭✭✭Pretty sure just the strongest one takes effect. I've never been 100% slowed (that would be an immobilize that you can't break with a dodge roll).PC/NA
