Upcoming PvP Re-Balance / List of Broken Stuff

    When you can play all sides in a campaign, I believe that's just so broken.

    How about creating another campaign that at least have faction pride working like only those players with no cross-faction toons can join the campaign. Isn't this not that hard to do ZOS?

    Games are meant to be played.

    Back in Auriel's Bow 1.0, I have thought that the best way to handicap a faction with the HUGE pop advantage is to temporarily disable their grouping functionality and their ability to fight in 3rd person point of view! Let's see if these do not even up the odds.

    There used to be a faction lock. They should definitely bring it back. I have some friends who play toons on multiple factions during a campaign - it drives me crazy and I give them hell about it but they don't care.

    Bring back Dynamic ult generation. But change it around a bit so its not as broken as it was before.

    Not like how it was before. Before if you bolt escaped twice in a zerg you get a negate or a batswarm, you cast talons twice you get bat swarm or a standard.

    Edit: I think block being an unskillful mechanic needs unskillful counters. If you´d have to be reactive with blocking (like with dodging) it would be a whole different story.

    Didn't streak stun trough block? If you're a vamp you can also use the drain something skill. Or just spam curse, it ignores block.

    @MalakithAlamahdi knows less than jon snow but still has a ton of well meant advices for everyone.

    K. I got zero problems with builds like that, so that's all that matter to me.

    So i hadn´t tested Grothdarr with onetamriel launch (but all our DKs assured me it was unblockable):

    Was Grothdarr ninjanerfed to become blockable with the latest patch? Because it´s blockably now. Anyone know for sure?

    Only thing that should reliably kill you is a properly built ranged magblade.

    1. Cost increase on gap closers when used more than every four seconds.

    2. Incap Strike cost increased, CC removed, or damage reduced considerably.

    3. Fix the combat stick bug. In combat/out/in/out every two seconds forever.

    1. More and more people tells this it actually sounds reasonable, but stamsorcs will be almost unkillable in this case(major+minor expedition, almost infinite stamina to refresh those, streak is cherry on top of the cake)
    2. It should work as originally made - stun only in case when your health is lower than target health, also it should deal physical damage to not completely destroy healing by it's Major Defile + disease proc

    Make Rush of Agony "Monsters only." People should not be consecutively crowd controlled in a PvP setting. Period.

    It's super hard to cc break them and they will often not give you cc immunity. Sometimes if you break their ccs, you will still be pushed all the way back to where if you didn't break them you would end up.

    Two consecutive casts does stack CC(knockdown or whatever it named) on target(sometimes even during CC-break animation), so target player completely loosing control of his character for almost 2 seconds

Obviously u dont know how to count 15 secs petrify and viola no hurricane and probaly certain death due to talon spamming poison and flame whip and so on.     Maybe I'm the only one but I felt like a lot of sustain came from old negate as well. Sure in a 1v1 or small fight you could manage your resources much easier and it probably was infinite coming from just your sets, but in group pvp a lot of times things got rough and a well placed negate would just reset the entire fight resource-wise.

    As broken things, I think about viper who seems to be no dodgeable, someone can confirm ?

    And killer's blade does not work when we use it. (sometimes)
    Selene double proc when we use weapon swap.
    When stunned by vampire drain, the time needed is really high for break cc.
    Sometimes there is not cc immunity.

    Just to comment on blocking. I always thought it was rediculous a person could hold block yet still have their offensive abilities do full damage. To me if you are turtling your damage output should be reduced by X%. But maybe people with these unkillable builds only put out the dps they do because of proc sets.

    With such setup they will not kill anyone by themselves.

    So, because of current proctards, lets remove block casting? It harms mDK more than proctards, they(proc***) have option to run almost the same setups and instead of blocking just outheal in roll-dodge.
