I want it to hit like the eye of the storm does. How am I suppose to stop all the shield stackers and gankers in pvp now. :/

    For starters it's blockable and it slows your movement while casting - these two things pretty much make it useless. Also the main damage morph adds bonus damage based on how much magicka you have in your resource pool which at the end of a dps rotation usually isn't much, so it should really give back magicka with each tick to balance the ability.

    20% base speed for high ping players.
    Streak moves you faster then speed cap.
    They should of made 4v4v4v4 instead of 8v8.

    I propose being able to cast RD and Soul Assault simultaneously. Templars have 2 hands after all, and Soul Assault is like a weaker RD, so why not?

    Well Skyrim did have two hand magic casting so it would make sense

      We must buff jesus beam - it simply doesn't appear on my death recap enough now that EOTS is out there! Why should the execute be at low health I ask - it should make me go pouff from full health like pretty much every Templar in Cyrodill clearly thinks it already does! I propose making it insta kill the casters though if they ever cross the beams though...
