prelude386ub17_ESOSoul ShrivenBeen away from this game for months, come back to server maintenance. You update servers once a week, or use to, and you cant figure this stuff out by now. Sounds like some people need to look into new way to do this, damn, this is ridiculous.
Its a good game but yall need to work on people skills and learn how to update a game.3 -

Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.

The people working on this are horrified that the game isn't up yet, are working crazy extended hours and are probably short handed. No company LIKES letting their customers down. It sucks on both ends.
Now wouldn't it be neat if there was some kind of a silly ESO related mini game we could all play during maintenance?

The reason why ZOS is so disinclined to posting ETAs every time you guys ask is because sometimes maintenance doesn't always go as planned. I'm sure the moderators themselves barely have a complete idea of how the maintenance is going, and would rather not announce ETAs that may not be entirely accurate.
For example, one ZOS moderator told us a bit over an hour ago that they expected the maintenance to be completed within an hour. No, the servers did not come back online in that time period, but how could you blame them? Are they prophets themselves? They responded to our pleas for an ETA and just knowing that they tried should be enough to put you all at ease. Cut them a little slack and just wait it out. It's not like they're purposely trying to stop us from playing the game.PC | NA <Accidental Aggro>

Hey, we don't have to download gigabytes worth of asset files each minor patch anymore, because ZOS couldn't grasp the concept of delta patching.
