Vampire Abilities and Stats?

Hello, I have a question about the vampuric abilities and stats for the game. I have been thinking about making my character, a Stamina DK, a vampire. However I was always "put off" in becoming one because of how many negative effects the recived during the early months of the games released. Recently I've been hearing that many of the passives makes being a vampire much more effective in PvP combat then what it once was. So my questions are this:

1.) What sort of abilities are their for the vampire class, and are they useful for a Stamina DK?
2.) What sort of passives are available for vampires, and are they usefull for a Stamina DK?
3.) Is it wise to be a vampire in PvP combat, or should that be avoided?

I always wanted to have my character be a Vampire, as I do with all Elder Scrolls games. But since I play alot of PvP campaigns I have to be mindful on what can or can't do in order to remain effective in the overall PvP combat.

I wouldn't normally go vamp on a stam DK. Your main use would be the passives - the 10% mag/stam regen and the undeath passive that decreases damage when you're at low life. Dark Stalker is nice if you want to sneak and gank with heavy attacks. However you're giving up your tankiness against shooting star, fire staffs (very common in PVP, always, but especially with EOTS) and magicka DKs who are multiplying by the moment after the announcement of buffs. You're also giving up any chance of putting something into health regen, which can be real nice on the health regen races (orc, khajiit, nord).

You'll find that almost any magicka DK or magicka templar all but MUST be vamp for an optimal build, due to mist, bats, and passives. The overall benefits are tremendous for them.

Personally my stam DK is a werewolf. I don't always run WW in pvp, actually pretty uncommon, but the 15% stam regen on your back bar while having the ulti slotted is nice at times.
