can't logout?

well haven't been playing eso for quite some time but i came back just to notice that i can't even freaking logout without shutting the game hard out? is this a problem more people are having? i'm on xbox one EUW

They are looking into it in the meantime open keyboard type this in /logout works that way for me everytime.

This is happening to me also (XBOX1 EU server), if i go to town i can seem to logout but the countdown outside of town remains at 0 and does not log me out.

It's very broken in craglorn, going to a town works. /logout hasn't worked for me yet

The /logout message never works for me if there is an exit timer; however, if there is no timer then it will work, but in those cases I just use the GUI.

ETA: Victims of this pernicious defect need to travel to an area where no timer is called in order for the character to exit the game. Sadly, this is hit or miss as I found some areas "work" for some characters but not for others. Good luck.

It's been going on with both my PC and Xbox for weeks now. Gotten to the point of beyond irritation.
