With the new DLC housing focused we won't see any PvP balance DLC or content until Late may 2017 at best. Is this disappointing?

I don't see an option for "you are making ridiculous assumptions" so I chose other. I think it's highly likely we'll see a balance patch before or along with the homestead launch. None of us know for sure, so assuming and creating drama isn't necessarily the right answer. But hey maybe it will convince them to communicate about their plans.

Also as an avid PVPer, I am overjoyed about the target dummy. That alone is enough for me to be happy with this DLC.

I'm not disappointed bc we all knew what the next update was for. Have known for months. Housing and more class balancing. If you don't expect anything, you'll never be disappointed.

There's no May at best actual forecast but if it's an update quarterly and we get one in Feb 2017 next one will be around May 2017

It's a great addition to the game

Housing is great for this game, however would I have prefered pvp arenas or battlegrounds? Definitely. I thoroughly enjoy 2v2 and 4v4 arenas. Hopefully one day before I have to quit this game and move on with my life they will come.

@ZOS_GinaBruno has already confirmed in the official discussion thread on homesteads that the patch will also contain a significant amount of balancing fixes.

I guess the OP suffers from premature coming (of negativity, this is a PG forum, after all).

EDIT: should have guessed that the e... word used with premature is getting censored..

Yes

I think housing is great and helps add depth to characters but it should be a side project not the first released information of the next patch in feb 2017

I'm expecting their "balancing" to make things worse. I'm also expecting any future PvP additions to be non-competitive with no real incentives. It's hard to be disappointed when you don't have any expectations.
