Stuck on requesting character screen

I am stuck on the requesting character load...... screen I have tried 3 times to load back in and it gets stuck there each time this is not the only issue i have with the resent update I also have to close the game down twice because it just sitting on the loading screen.

RGD✭✭✭Same, my friends been having the same issue all day. He tried to exit a delve in Cyrodiil (Vahtecen) and had an infinite loading screen, then couldn't log back in, then when he could log in he had more infinite loading screens. He's hard reset console, restarted the game over and over. I'm having the issue now after leaving Capstone cave. He's got the issue again just now when trying to enter Capstone.
