What of Cadwell's Silver and Cadwell's Gold?

Now that it seems pointless to do these two quests, are they still available? In tact, I don't know why ZOS don't move the two quests to the toturial area and make them compulsory for those who want to travel to other alliance's area. Lorewisely it makes more sense to me……

They should still be available. In fact, they finally became relevant again. I hated as a CP470 going into gold and getting lower level gear and next to no exp from low level enemies. Now I have a reason to go back and finish the 2nd half of gold. You don't have to do it but you'll miss out on a ton of skill points from skyshards and quest lines.

Yes they still exist, and they still appear at the end of the Main Quest.

Apart from the 'journey', the ending felt a little lackluster (I just finished off Cadwell's Gold today). Took me a while to get through it all (mostly because I'm a side quest junkie), but apart from nabbing Meridia's Emblem of Searing Light and Cadwell's Crown (that pot he wears on his head).

No titles, dyes, or badges so to speak which I felt made it feel a little less of an accomplishment (which it shouldn't now that I'm essentially finished with all the main story quests). Again, I suppose it's the 'journey', not the 'destination' when all is said and done.
