I started a topic awhile back using these screen shots, while being all puffed up with outrage regarding the truncated justice system. You'll notice some similarities...this was in Daggerfall though....

The topic got heated of course and went on...and on.

I got over the issue because this is an MMO style online game created to serve a mainstream audience. Plus I've never felt the level of engagement with it as I have other online games before the genre became so thorougly defined.

Yes, I felt outrage but that more me trying to make myself feel more engaged.

What also gets me is that some people who've complained in threads like this over 'immersion' hate roleplaying. So it's like.. I get confused by the whole thing. As an RPer, if I see things like what the OP witnessed? I'd probably join in OOCly for the lulz before crying at the bounty I rack up and not having enough gold to do it longer. Why? Because it's pretty darn hilarious.

Wait, do bosmer really have different colored underwear than all my other characters!?

I have a female bosmer but for the life of me I can't recall the last time she was nekkid. Probably at creation. Those burns all over her right half make her being nude rather uncomfortable for onlookers.

My argonian was nekkid recently, though. I seem to recall her undies being black. Now I have to strip all my characters naked when I get home from work....

Hmm. Perhaps I need to be less impressionable. I always do in-game what I read on the forums.
