I am still having issues regarding my previous posts, and I haven't heard back from customer support in 2 days regarding the verification of my account.

Couldn't log in ZOS support to create a ticket. So CoriJ did me a favor and helped create me ticket regarding my issue. Which by the why, I still can't do, it gives me an "authentication error" every time I try to log in to support.
-My ticket number is 161116-00142, I have been communicating with support through my email. I followed your requested steps to ensure my system was secure and updated my email and account passwords and have emailed the requested paypal receipts and card numbers. I'm just waiting for the response and from you guys to unlock the account so I can survey the damage and see what steps I have to take next. I would appreciate if we could accomplish that before the deadline on my ticket expires and before the weekend is over.
-Also if we could get this whole situation of me not being able to log into customer support at the same time that would be greatly appreciated. I was wondering what browser works best for viewing your website, since I noticed for google chrome your "log in" button for the support page at

I can't click it and had to switch to microsoft edge/Internet explorer to try to log in, and when I do I get an "incorrect log in/authentication error". However, I have confirmed both my user ID and my password so I am not sure why I can't log in unless it is related to the locking of my account.
