HP not updating?

Started the new Tamriel online and my HP never updates on any of the campaigns and when I'm in the world it never updates either? I'm losing 6k on my Templar which is my main, he's maxxed out with 270+ cp's and I've reset everything from CP's to Skills and stats. What is going on? Has anyone had this happen?
