Stuck in loading screen for over half an hour...

I restarted game, cuz I was having a memory leak I believe. fps dropping under 10 fps just fighting mobs in cyro so I decided to restart. after restarting, and going thru log in, and getting to char select I go to log in with the same char, and ive been sitting in a loading screen for half an hour straight

gadrïïr✭✭still sitting in the loading screen lol. this is pretty ridiculous. all my max level chars besides one all share the same gear since im fairly new, and don't have much end game gear, and so if I cant get on this char I cant even play any of my other chars. guess im gonna try to get some sleep, and hope this gets fixed by tomorrow0

Rasimir✭✭✭Same here. Game stalled (everythung stands still except me), I had to close it via taskmanager, and now can't get in again... loading screen for 10 minutes and counting.... (target area cyrodiil)0
