Destro ultimate breaks liquid lightning targeting circle

As the title says. Liquid lightning targeting circle looks the same as the one for destruction staff ultimate after having used said ultimate. Returns to normal targeting circle after a couple of uses.

Sounomi✭✭✭I'm gonna guess it affects all ground targeted AoE skills as it affects Blazing Spears as well.
Basically the targeting reticle for the skill is fine but there's a second ring around that's the size for the ultimate.
