I broke my ESO bank account and got the full set 5 silks of the sun; 3 jewelry, 2 sharpened swords. I plan on running Kagrenac's 5 piece heavy, 2 light skoria, then VMA resto staff. But I've run into a bit of an issue.
What should I put my champion points into? I know this is going to vary in both opinion, play style, skill bar set up... Etc.
However...
My damage skill bar is solid.
Engulfing flames.
Burning embers.
Fossilize.
Burning talons.
Flame lash.
Ultimate Shooting Star
My back bar varies.
Igneous Shield/ elusive mist/ dragon fire scale.
Healing Ward/ Combat Prayer.
Regeneration.
Structured Entropy.
Shuffle.
Ultimate Devouring Swarm
I am a high elf. I use the atronach mundus stone.
This is a burst oriented build. The dots are nice. But mostly used to continuously apply pressure and proc skoria while I cc and flame lash shooting star people to death. I keep playing around with my champion points to see what the best damage combo is, but wanted to get some feedback from the real Dk professionals. I have 620cp so I can allocate full points.
Any thoughts? Or changes in my skills/gear?

Green tree: 75 magicka recovery-this is my main toon and I need the collect crafting nodes faster perk
13 tumbling
50 into block cost reduction. I run SnB in PvP plus I also tank trials and don't want to mess with my CPs all the time. You probably don't want this much.
Rest into magicka cost reduction
Red tree
70 hardy
50 elem defender
30 quick recovery-I run a little unique build. As an argonian, I stack +healing CPs with igneous shield and vitality pots for mega self healing. I think 10-13 is what others put in quick recovery
Rest in impen
Blue
100 elem expert
15 thaumaturge
15 blessed-see above
I think I have a handful of points in better criticals node
Rest into spell pen node. I stack spell pen instead of thaum because I figure it boosts all attacks, not just my DoTs

Just noticed the shuffle. Shuffle is usually paired with tavas favor. More ultimates offsets the stamina strain that shuffle places on you. If you keep shuffle, I recommend swapping kags for tavas or black rose. Black rose is actually pretty good on a mDK.

✭✭✭Max Elemental Expert and put the rest into Erosion. Spell pen is king in PvP, all the more if you're lacking the penetration passives from light armor and destro staff.
Get Unchained CP if you really wanna use Shuffle.
In the red constellations nothing unusual, split between shield, physical and spell CPs. Depending on how much you rely on shields and how much stamina or magicka builds trouble you.
DW is a daunting thought... damage is there, weaving with Flame Lash possible, but it will be difficult to survive without sword and shield... After all, DKs get a bonus to blocking. I would highly recommend using Dampen Magic to compensate. Unless you're in a group and have a spot-on healer with you, that is.0 -

I would agree that it pairs better with black Rose or tava, however, it also grants immunity to cc for several seconds. In those several seconds I can regen stamina to use break free when the duration of immunity ends or I can use an immovable potion.
It works pretty well. I'm not completely focused on gaining ultimate because like I said, the silks of the sun hits pretty dang hard with the spell power you get from kags. Black Rose is a good option though.0 -

Kags offer magicka regen, health, magicka, and spell power. Heavy because light would make me pretty squishy in an 1vX and the constitution passive is necessary for sustainability. I have black Rose as well which is also very nice.0
