ERROR Slash Commands or Emotes not working

I can not figure out why i can not use Slash / commands or Emotes anymore I took a screen of the error code message. any help would be appreciated. I have already ran a repair too.

Andairean✭✭Thank you I appreciate it , i saw the Pchat part, no one else in game is having an issue with Pchat and slash commands. I have run a repair, uninstalled pchat and reinstalled too, just to let you know. again thank you0
