Two crafting writs hung in Daggerfall with no destination set

Completed two writs, one for blacksmith and one for woodworking. Instead of a destination being set for delivery, the writs are now blank. Logging in and out has made no difference. It may be relevant that my character has just finished Cadwell's Silver—the writs were the next thing I did after leaving Cadwell.

The drop off in Daggerfall city is at the top of the North docs (the ones near the wayshrine). You'll see them at the highest part of the docs closest to the guild traders booths.
