Screwed on Flawless Conqueror Title

I need someone to look into this because this is complete crap, i have been working extremely hard at getting this achievement and title and the day I actually get it... well needless to say I get screwed and dont get it because of some stupid glitch with this game. This need to be resolved because im not the only one this has happened to and i personally dont feel like having to try this 100 times just to hopefully get lucky and get the achievement and title I rightly earned.

There is a ticket 160902-002235, and the answer from that is basically sorry but your screwed, I will pass it on to the development team but you will not get a response. What kind of customer service is that? The responses we get back for trying to improve this game are a joke

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_CoriJ Somebody please help resolve this, its things like this that make just want to quit this game. to put a lot of effort into something and just get screwed.

Ya unfortunately right now if you disconnect even once during your run you will not receive the flawless conq achievement. Apparently currently it's impossible to achieve this.

Its complete ***, I haven't gotten a response from any ZOS member on here or for my ticket. It sucks to work so hard at something an believe that you had it but because the game is glitches I won't ever get it, that's super fair. And if it is because of the DC'ing between rounds well that's on ZOS and that achievement should be awarded to those who have actually done it. Honestly I got lucky and the stars aligned that night and I have not been able to do it again since. But I love that my ticket was ignored and now that this post has t been answered either, the least you could do is answer the posts on this forum, because this is obviously an issue, I have talked to at least 20 other people in ESO and they are claiming to be having the same issue with VMA, you DC right as you step into the portal(usually always from round 6-7). Its like the game punishes you for doing good. I just want what is owed to me, I had a perfect run without knowing that ZOSs game glitch would ruin that for me.

It's pretty ridiculous, but apparently if you port out between rounds to prevent a disconnect you'll be able to get the title still. Not sure as I haven't really tried doing it like that because I already have my weapons.

Either way, it's insane that I've managed titles like emperor and kill a grandoverlord, but don't ever expect to get flawless due to this major glitch+lack of customer support.

flawless should have nothing to do with disconnecting, if you finish VMA with 15 of 15 lives you clearly didnt die..... the people who write the code took a short cut and they broke the achievement in the process. I know dozens of people that should be flawless but they've all had the same problem.

Thanks for the reply guys, it really sucks to hear so many people having g the same issue and ZOS not do anything about it. I heard something about dropping the quest before going into round one, so since I'm still trying to get good traits on weapons km going to see if I'm lucky enough to pull it off again

I too heard that if you don't pickup quest that if you get disconnect between portals that flawless counts.

I recently got flawless but I was lucky enough to not have a disconnect.
