OK so I didn't get crowns for august. I've mailed and mailed and the only reply I got was we are unable to help at this time bla bla. Now I haven't got September's either. I can't cancel and refund and I'll be a months short.

@ZOS_DaryaK is there a more serious problem now? Before we didn't get an answer but now I'm getting fobbed off with the same answer again and again.
