Could someone create an addon that will show when the applied poison to the weapon wears off?

The title is clear, I have for example 20 pieces of one poison, I apply it to my weapon, but I am not able to see when that 20 pieces poison wear off, I have to check it in my inventory every 20 - 30 minutes, or just check if it procs or not at all anymore.
But would it not be possible to create an addon that would (similar to the ones that show the active buffs and debufs and procs) show the icon of the applied poison and show some warning when the posion wears off - that I have to reappy it?
