Hi there, I'm just wondering if anybody can help my boyfriend with an issue he's having with his game.

When he is playing via third person, his character appears incredibly far away - to the point that zooming in as close as possible on the sliders is still leaving him able to see his entire character from the feet upwards. I would provide screenshots but his Xbox seems to be having an off day and is refusing to take pictures of anything other than black squares. His game has been working fine up until the other day.

We have tried logging off and then logging back in, switching the Xbox off and back on, moving the sliders as much as possible and readjusting the screen size but nothing seems to fix it. He doesn't feel like he's actually playing as his character because of how zoomed out it is and it is frustrating him so much that he's not really been able to play it so if anybody has any idea as to how to fix this, that would be great.
