I run a sword and board, bow build. Focused on dot for damage, two cc (one is gap closer and longer stub, other is a heal debuff and stun.

Sword and board bar
Heroic slash (main dps spam/ ult regen)
Noxious breath (aoe dot major fracture and breech)
Venomous claw (main dot)
Ireverbrating bash (stun and major defile)
Invasion (gap closer and hard cc)

Bow
Poison injection (dot, execute dot)
Shuffle (dodge)
Reflective plate (reflect projectiles)
Vigor (heal)
Igneous shields (increased healing 6 seconds)

I always keep all 3 dot applies and then heroic slash for main dps in between.

I Rock Valkyn Skoria. for 3 dot constantly going up on multiple opponents it procs a lot and helps dps

Ultimate I use dbos though if need burst on bow bar I keep dragon leap and will apply all dot, leap when a meteor comes dropping And finish off (normally only have to use if facing skilled Templar)

I know you wanted dual wield so can swap bow for that change poison injection for different dot and can take out heroic slash and swap for another ability for main dps. Dual wield come from bar, use vigor and igneous on departs and board
