If these sets are true, then I must congratulate Zenimax. Because these sets are truly creative and offer something for everyone.
But I can only repeat myself: Blackheart needs to be completely changed. Magicka suffers enough disadvantages, such as being the only one who can be completely disabled/negated. We don't need a negate that is available to all these stamina FotM fools. This effects needs to be completely removed and replaced with something else. Not nerfed, replaced.
hm... tanky set... more likely from Selene's Web tho? Just pulling an enemy in is not that useful, especially for PvE boss fights. I'd hope it includes some sort of temporary paralysis or similar cc. Gapclosers are probably more useful, except for requiring a slot on your bar and resource costs to activate.The following set could be very interesting:

I wonder if there is a cooldown on it? Imagine all these RD Templars attacking you from a safe distance, suddenly pulled towards you
