Writs broken after patch?

So I have multiple writes that show on the screen I have 3/3 but it won't change to deliver goods. Is this a new feature?

slaterd✭I had the issue with an enchantment writ. I abandoned the quest and picked it back up. The writ showed complete and let me deliver it.0

They are bug as far as the quest log goes but you can still turn them in. Overall this patch is a huge step in the right direction. I still want a bit more playing time and as I work nights I don't get too play when the servers are most populated. But its been good so far and I'm considering resubbing too eso plus because of it. A big thanks too zos. Your restoring my faith in you and this game. Thanks a milion0 -
argouru✭✭✭Same here. Before the latest patch I could do writs just fine, post patch I can only do the Potion/Glyph/first time, then for the rest I have them listed, such as 1/1, but it won't register that I crafted/collected them like before.

I was able to turn in all my writs just fine, even with the display showing this information.0 -

Okay, good. Trying to earn enough gold for wall repair kits to get my main up to assault/support lvl 6 and the writs are my main source of income.

ZOS_DaryaKadminWe are currently investigating reports that players are having trouble turning in writs, due to the quest tracker recognizing that the items have been created, but not progressing to the "turn in" step once it is done.
As we continue to investigate, moving to another zone, or relogging, seems to help push the quest forward to the final step once the requirements are met.

Enigmatic✭✭✭@ZOS_DaryaK I've submitted a ticket on this but now received a response from support saying they don't accept support tickets and I need to post here on the forums.
As has been mentioned it just seems to be a UI issue with one of the items disappearing after crafting. Message shows correctly about delivering once you travel to another location.0 -

Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis0 -

able to turn in the writs its just quest tracker isn't updating to say deliver to the destination. not a show stopper0

ZOS_DaryaKadmin@Enigmatic, thank you for providing those images and for reporting this bug. You should have been advised to submit a bug report, but there's no need to do that now as the team is already investigating this issue.

argouru✭✭✭yeah, I had logged back in with the items crafted but the writ quest not completed and the objective text was blank on both the screen and the journal, but when I fast travelled to Wrothgar, the quest progress updated to the 'go deliver' status and I dropped them off just fine.

"We will need you to put in some bug report/ feedback on this issue. You can submit a bug report or feedback for the development team to review by posting details about the issue on The Elder Scrolls Online official forums here."
This left me confused as I thought the correct method was to raise a support ticket with the support team
Now I'm unclear as to where and how I should report an issue. I can't attach screen shots if I report the issue in game and I can't report issues via the support web site as I'm told it's not in their remit - it's the DEV team.0
