Stam sorc build

Plan on making a 2h and bow stam sorc build but want suggestion on a few things

Armor sets
5 piece medium and 2 piece heavy until maxed out undaunted?
best places to level up fighters guild for dawnbreaker
best race? orc or redguard?

Any suggestions/ answers are greatly appreciated.

mostly pvp, But if possible it'd be nice to have something that works decently well in pve as well, If that means I just have multiple gear sets made or whatever else

Then Redgaurd, the sewers is a decent place to grind the fighters guild skill line.

As for sets I'll let someone who knows more about pvp to advise you on that.

Or even what would the pros and cons be if I chose a stam dk as a similar build instead of sorc?

I hate going straight to someones build video and completely copying their build, I mean it has to be done sometimes but Im just seeing if theres anyone who has a particular build that they like or have any suggestions

No one told you to copy builds.

Watch a few videos for inspiration, look at the skill lines and try some stuff out.

Just some examples :

for PvP Tanky damage dealer :

5 heavy (Black rose)
2 medium (2 bloodspawn)
3 agility
Sword and board (leki, fury, dreugh, torug or what ever you want)
1H (leki, fury, dreugh, torug or what ever you want)

PvP Berzerker :

Hunding x 5 medium divines
3 agility medium
1 kena medium
1 Velidreth

dagger/dagger
Sword and board

For burst :
full medium divines
5 eternal hunt
5 Skimisher
1 bow
1H

There is a ton of build with stamina builds
