There are sporadic game crashes everywhere in Tamriel, but Orsinium and Elden Root are the most egregious because there is a decent chance you cannot recover from just exiting the game or crashing. The high risk areas in Orsinium have been, in my experience, locations in doors and by a crafting station. As for Elden Root, exiting in close proximity to the wayshrine can lead to a vexing experience when attempting to re-login to that character.
