Usually you want to have a source of major defile on your bar. So it might be an option on a stamblade (if you don't want to use surprise attack which costs way less and deals more damage if you don't get the buff for a blocked attack on power slam.
If you always run together with a WW or a magplar who uses dark flare, so he has an aoe major defile, power bash could also be nice to use.

Please don't confuse these numbers with traditional MMOs... this is not WoW or D&D

If you don't think SnB can be used offensively in pvp, then maybe your in the wrong game

Your tooltips are often incorrect. This also doesn't take into effect common resistances that many players have. Many can quickly heal threw this or block them. Just like everything. SnB is good at mitigation as was its created intended purpose. Ive seen many players do this in pvp and sure they last, sure they sometimes get someone. Do you 1v1? Your only going to beat a freshy. Sorry man. been there defeated that.

I think what is truly important is that you BELIEVE this to be true; even more importantly that you ENJOY your own gaming experience.

Im glad your able to find happiness in zergs. But you didnt state this in your question or previously tell anyone. Many dont consider Zergs PvP. Sure you kill other players,,, but was it you? or you getting credit for someone else pulling extra weight?

You can achieve great dps if you animation cancel with bash so idk what you're talking about
