Character Stuck in Orsinium Haven't received any response from support in a week.

My crafter is stuck in Orsinium, been there for a week now with no response from moderators on the forum or from the support team. It's particularly unfortunate because it is my crafting character.

How is this acceptable? I can understand that there are bugs and I might get booted. But why is support so slow to respond?

    I wanted to add that a friend of mine that plays does not seem to have the issue of getting booted from Orsinium.

    We both have standard Xboxes and 50Mb+ internet speeds and both are subscribers to ESO plus. The only difference is that he purchased Wrothgar outright from the Crown Store and I can only access it through my ESO plus subscription.

    Is there any possibility that the crashing/continuous booting is related somehow to the ESO plus issues? Maybe the game doesn't check for ESO plus before I log in and doesn't think I am authorized to be there?

    Having the same issue made the mistake of logging out in orsinuim this game needs a alot of maintenance before dropping another DLC.

    Here is how I did it. I got my character stuck in Orsinium today and supposedly they just emailed me to say they moved it.

    Log on to another character and spam help tickets over and over. Make the message simple. Say:
    "My character named __________ is permanently stuck in Wrothgar. Please relocate. I have already rebooted my Xbox ___ times." Type that sentence into a text message, copy and save to your phone's clipboard. Then make sure you have your Xbox Smartglass app connected to your Wifi so that you can paste this message in to the in-game help ticket by using your phone as a remote. Makes this go much faster.

    I was able to log in about 75 tickets in 20 minutes or less doing this. Got on my alternative character and just kept going into the Help menu and sending in tickets to report character issue. You have to keep spamming lots of tickets or else they will ignore you. This has worked for another guild mate and I. Your message needs to state your character name and ask to be relocated. Just keep spamming these tickets over and over until you get a response.

    Then if you do not get a response within a day, make another thread in this forum stating what your character name is and state that they are ingoring you. In this thread ask to be relocated. You have to be persistent or they will ignore you.
