One of the big arguments to all of the lag in Cyrodiil was the lightning patch/anti-bot codes or whatever, but the developers stated that it's because of each individual player progressing their character's skills, passives, effects and armor set bonuses etc, right?
So imagine if there was a campaign (possibly Azura's Star) in "pristine condition," meaning that every player inside the campaign gets all of their passives disabled (except the passives in the 3 class skill lines(?)) and also their armor disabled, and the Battle Spirit buff could act as armor which would grant physical and spell resist, crit resist and obviously max health, OR the way low level's stats are scaled, every player could potentially have their stats scaled like that, but Champion Points would be enabled? just a few ideas...
