✭✭Go to vampire shrine and wait there a while. Get naked, dance or whatever. Someone WILL bite you eventually. It's how everyone does it. On my last two characters, one I got a bit in under five minutes and the other I got bit before I made it all the way to the shrine lol. But if that doesn't work, I can bite you in exactly 6 hours if you're on.

Even more so if you have a female character times 3 chance if you are a woman and have a micPS4 NA
