Game still not opening, crashes at main menu

I waited patiently for this patch today in hopes it would allow me to even open the game. Nope. Still can't get past the main menu ouroboros, just closes back to the dashboard. I've tried deleting save file, uninstalling and reinstalling, hard booting my xbox, and even tried on a different network. I will be canceling the eso plus because I can't even play the game. Also all my other games installed digitally work just fine. I'm just at a loss for what to do and I'm hoping with the patch fixing a majority of the problems I can actually get some help now.

The patch didn't work for me either. Been booted 3 times in 20 minutes. Get kicked after each lore book. Same issue as before.

At least you can play, even briefly, I can't even get to the server select screen let alone character select screen.

How much memory have you used on your xbox? Have you tried hooking up an external ssd drive and running the game from that?

I don't have a second drive to try, i try to keep my internal at 80% max, someday I'll invest in an external but I can't afford one atm

My HD is only at 30% and I was having these issues. Only thing that helped me was to delete and reinstall.

Wow, I cannot even get to the Character Select screen after today's patch! ESO will not even run on Xbox One now. How is it that this was certified by Microsoft before going live?!?

@korey175ub17_ESO Ive tried that, about to do it again because why not? May have to try a physical copy of the game? idk at this point.

I feel bad because all my issues are fixed for now. I feel the pain though. I even got into my first dungeon in weeks using the PF. I almost wet myself!!
