✭✭✭✭✭Is it a Magic Attack? Then it should scale from the same things that scale any magic damage.
All the various magic damages (Flame, Frost, Shock and Magic) are now covered by one star in the Champ System.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

That being said, it provides ALOT of health and stam for my stam sorc.Wood Elf Stam NB (PVP)

✭Dark Exchange and its morphs scale from your level. To my knowledge, once at level cap, it no longer scales. Increasing your SD/max magicka or WD/max stam has no impact.0
