How many skillpoints can we get in the game?

Hey

Do anyone of you know how many skillpoints we can get in the game with DB Update?

Is the count of 343 skillpoints correct?

Skyshards: 126
Level: 64
AvA Ranks: 49
Veteran Dungeons: 10
Normal Dungeons: 18
Public Dungeons: 18
Mainstory Quests: 10
Quests (all zones): 48

Quests includes all quests in the normal game, without any DLC. I don't know about the story of "Orsinium", "Dark Brotherhood", "Thieves Guild", "Imperial City". Maybe here are some skillpoints missing?

EDIT: I am dumb, you called it AVA and I subconsciously thought PvP.

I have been searching for quests that give skill points so I can rush through them with my alts, but I've yet to find a complete list. Anyone know?

No, public dungeons give you a skill point if you complete the group challenge (already listed above). You can do that solo or in a group, it doesn't matter.
