How about undodge the staff force pulse but give it the same cost inc dodge gets when spammed?
Force shock needs many things. It's the weakest spammable ability in the game, and the only one that's reflectable and dodgeable at the same time. Funnel health is too, but it is basically a free cast to compensate.
It needs more damage and I think it would be balanced to make it at least unreflectable. It doesn't really have the style of a projectile, it's more like a beam of elements.

It's already been nerfed, it's not my fault pugs expect someone to just stand there and take damage.

It's easy to deal with a dodge roller because of the increased cost.
If i go to light attack someone and they roll i just hold the light attack and when they finish the roll i hit them with a fully charged heavy for like 7k damage.
So many counters. But i guess people just want to spam frags and hit 100% of the time.

If you actually have a problem with dodge rolling you really need to learn a few things.
Having the desto dps skill as undodgeable is just a stupid idea i can't even believe it was actually suggested.

The problem is with evasion. I think it's bad design to have both active and passive dodging in this game, and at the very least the evasion buff should only last for 6 seconds just like shields.

Because DK needs to be able to reflect 100% of our damage back at us. That's fair!
Have you ever compared Nightblade passives to sorc? Or all of the juicy Templar all-in-one DPS/defense/heal abilities to similar sorc ones? If you make an objective comparison, and you're not angry about it, then you're not playing a sorc. The class needs a serious redesign.
Having one Ability that does sub par damage Unable to be dodged is fair, but I'd make it mages wrath personally.
