People rarely sweep keeps fully after taking it either. It's very easy to remain in a keep after it is taken if you just want to kill a few players while they feel safe.

In this video negates only from inner NPC's I don't agro gates mages, just believe me.

In that keep setup, once the keep flips you quickly kill the top level NPC's and you can hide there. For the tri-level keeps, hiding is super easy (if pointless, as you can't flip the keeps without the walls being flagged anyway.)

Anyway, I think it is time for ZoS to look at all the anti-magicka npc's in keeps and resources. Stamina builds just ignore all the Eclipse and Negates and really have a much simpler time of things. Maybe they should affect both styles or the npc's should have some anti-stamina skills also.
