Disorient Abilities Now CC Through Block?
Since the latest DLC drop, I've noticed the following abilities are CCing through block (where I don't believe they used to do):
Spear Shards/Luminous Shards (but not Blazing Spear because it does a stun)
Rune Prison/Rune Cage
Petrify/Fossilize
Agony/Malefic Wreath/Prolonged Suffering
However not:
Scatter Shot/Draining Shot (despite having a disorient in the description)
I didn't see anything in the patch notes about the core CC mechanics changing, so I guess I have to ask:
Is Disorientation working as intended?

For rune prison, that is the mechanic. If you bashed or maybe reflected back some damage I think it may proc it. Also caltrops can proc it.0
