stamplars, if played right are insane. I have seen several as of late center their builds around roll dodging and they can just survive. with class heals and purges they are wicked strong when played well and I think they are honestly EXTREMELY under rated.
magicka templars are decent though I wouldn't put them at the top.
stam sorc is harder to play IMO and doesn't make up for the fact. I can't comment to much on them though since I don't see them a lot and the ones I do see tend to die. Maybe its the player, maybe its the build. Not sure.
Magicka sorcs have been and always been tough. even with a shorter duration shield it's not much of a difference. I usually can get their shields down in 6 seconds anyways meaning that prior to the patch they were re-shielding at 6 seconds which is really no different than having to re-shield now anyways. They hit hard when timing their combos and they have great mobility. even with their streak nerf they can LoS your gap closer and get away extremely easily if they use terrain effetively. A properly played magicka sorc can hit and run like crazy, are usually built with high sustain, and again they do very high damage. Their curse really annoys NB's for sure, no matter if magicka or stam. I have seen sorc in full light armor tank 10 players and get away unscathed. If more people knew to gap close their streak with stuff like crit rush they wouldn't survive as much lol.
magicka DK and stamina DK. To me both are identical. One is more tanky than the other but either seems to be fine. Since my DK is so low level I really can't say to much on this one. If either one uses stone fist or whatever its called they can easily drain an average players stamina in a few seconds from making the person have to break free AND roll dodge. Spammig talons is quite effective. Though nerfed, their self heal is still better than a sorc or NB IMO. Either of these builds, especially magicka ones can be seen tanking 10+ people an not dying if the group doesn't CC and execute properly. Even then they still are easily the toughest as if built for tanking.

stam blades are very strong for sure. most stam blades stack damage, and if the correct race is used can having awesome sustain (go team wood elf!). Some NB's complained about the cloak nerf but I'm 100% fine with it. Good players stop you from cloaking effectively but since stam blades don't depend on it there is no issue. Stam blades lack good heals without a lot of CP invested into quick recovery and blessed. But once points are invested one can break free, Vigor, dodge roll, rally, dodge roll for almost no cost with unchained and be back at 100% HP quickly. Their killers blade is now better than it ever has been. Incapacitating strikes is wicked good. Hit's like a truck, gives 6 seconds of empower, causes defile, and costs only 50 ult. Yeah, it's amazing.
In the end though any of the above classes played well are OP in their own right. It really comes down to the players playing the class. I have seen all these classes be absolute monsters in the hands of a skilled PvPer.

Wrecking Blow x13 and then swear they are good.
