What I don't get is when last day they took server off because some bug on an item that no1 cares, but this that affects gameplay off all server they don't take server offline and fix.

Wednesday it was back to back dungeons through the finder.....well all black heart for silver....then yesterday, queued from 5 till 10pm no dungeons.

People with pre-built groups are having problems getting into dungeons. There is a problem.

I also seriously doubt that entirety of the player base is no longer running dungeons. Myself and many others have spent hours upon hours waiting for dungeons with the most high demand roles (tanks and healers) and have not made it in. The group finder just isn't working properly, and it very likely has something to do with the new finder changes.

Behavior continued last night as well. 3 nights in a row the random dungeon finder refused to group myself and my RL tank friend.

Gonna put a huge stink on our normal routine this weekend.

I've gotten into one dungeon since launch. The rest of the time has been waiting in a queue.

The "veteran dungeons" are still a separate instance with different quests/bosses/difficulty. Now the check would be that you have to be level 50 to access them, rather than being vet 1. So no, that's not the issue.

As others have stated, queuing up for a random dungeon does not put you in a group even if you know there are complementary players out there looking too. Forming a group and then queuing will put you in a dungeon almost instantly, with the exception of the DLC bug. If you have a person in the group that does not have IC, they need to be leader so that the group finder excludes those dungeons from the "random" list.

Someone in zone chat was saying they had a group of four and they couldn't get int. But if they dodged a dungeon and were on the 15 minute penalty then that would explain it. Maybe they didn't know about the changes?

At any rate, group finder is definitely broken. Haven't been able to get into group since the patch, regardless of queueing and requeueing for hours. And that's as a tank.

Yeah i can't imagine this can be seen as some small issue... the dungeon finder is solely responsible for a significant amount of content being run every day, and though i realize it can be circumvented by putting together groups the old fashioned way, a ton of people are certainly not going to, and will do other things in game, or just play something else.

No sir, I don't like it.

I was wondering why I couldn't get a group with my Templar healer last night. I usually get a group instantly as a healer.

It worked perfectly the first day of the dlc. Very quick queues even as dps (maybe it was all the people rerolling DKs). And then the next day all of a sudden everyone went elitist? Im not buying it.

I know its right around the corner but...that would be a major concerns and produce a lot of tickets

They dont delay releases to fix bugs. Seems its company policy.

I'd consider this worthy of a hot fix, especially seeing how this will be the first weekend after a DLC. There's going to be a lot of people on, and I'm sure more than handful are going to wonder why they can't run pug dungeons.
